Swordfish alla Nonna Marinara

Ingredients:  

1 jar of Bongiovi Brand Marinara Sauce

4 writing swordfish, approx. 200 gr.

1 bunch of leaf parsley

Some salt

Little pepper

Oil oil as needed

2 lemons

1 red onion

1 garlic clove

1 sprig of basil

Preparation:

Cut the onion into fine strips and heat some olive oil in the pan. Fry the onion well until it is translucent. Gradually stir in the Bongiovi Brand Marinara Sauce and then add the basil. Place the lid halfway on the pan and let everything simmer well on a low heat for about 1 hour.

In the meantime, prepare the fish.

Preheat oven to medium heat at 160 ° C (fan oven).

Season the fish with salt, pepper, olive oil, pressed garlic and picked parsley.

Fry the fish in the frying pan over high heat until it is white. Then place it on a prepared baking tray and let it sit in the oven for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, take the fish out of the oven, let it cool down a little and sprinkle with the lemons. Then arrange on plates and serve with the cooked sauce with 2 spoonfuls over the fish.

It goes well with: Rice, salad or baquette
